Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Estimates
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier availability.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by country and are estimated at checkout. Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply and are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Carrier Delays PawHaven is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll do our best to help.

Lost Packages If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at hello@pawhaven.com and we'll investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
