PawHaven Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with every PawHaven purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@pawhaven.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items where stock allows. Please contact us at hello@pawhaven.com to arrange an exchange.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty: opened grooming products, consumables, and personalised items.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
